Refund Policy – It’s important to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a full refund, for any reason, within 30 days of the purchase. You may request a refund through the “contact us” link. Refund requests must be made prior to printing.

Yes. Once you receive your LifeBook and discover that friends or family would like a copy, you can go back and order as many as you’d like. We even offer special pricing on additional copies.
Curious how long will it take once you’ve completed your questionnaires? Once you submit your answers, we will be hard at work creating your book. Typically it’s 3-6 weeks before a LifeBook is being shared with friends and family.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Domestic Shipping:
Standard (5-8 Business Days): free
Express (3 Business Days): $22
2. PROCESSING TIME
Once you have submitted your answers to us, it will take us time to write your story and assemble your book. We take great care with this process. Typically it takes 15 days for this process. During busy times, it can take up to 30 days. We work hard to give you the best product possible!
You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
3. CANCELLATION
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.
4. RETURNS OF PRINTED BOOKS
All sales are final once a book has been printed. If there is an error in the book that is due to the fault of our company, we will correct it and reprint your book. If the error is on the part of the customer, they would need to pay for the cost and shipping of a reprinted book. Please refer to our Refund Policy to view our complete policy, including the 30 the full refund within 30 days of purchase.
5. DAMAGED ORDERS
Write My LIfeBook is not liable for the lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

Although your LifeBook will be based on the information you share in your responses, we recognize that it may not be possible to answer one. Just do your best. The more you can tell us, the better we can tell your story.
You can add pictures and are encouraged to do so. LifeBooks are designed to be full color printed books that tell your life story. What better way to help tell that complete story than by adding pictures of the people and memories that mean the most to you!
You are able to upload jpeg images through the Photos Section of your questionnaire. If you are using an image that is HEIC format you can use a free converter to change it to a jpeg before uploading.
Will my answers be kept confidential and will the information I share remain safe? Absolutely! We at Write My LifeBook strive not only to tell your unique life story, but we take that responsibility seriously. We make sure that any information that is shared with us in the process of telling your story remains confidential.
Will I have a time limit? Take as much time as you need! Grab a cup of tea or coffee or your favorite beverage and enjoy the process of reflecting on your life’s journey. There’s no rush to the finish line, but when you get there you’ll have a hot-off-the-press copy of your life story.
